By accessing or using QphiQ (the Service), operated by CloudSprint Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
QphiQ is a research intelligence platform that:
- • Queries authoritative public APIs based on user-provided search queries
- • Uses artificial intelligence to synthesize and analyze retrieved information
- • Generates structured research reports with citations and source attribution
- • Allows users to save, export, and manage their research reports
- • Covers 12 domains including Academic, Finance, Clinical, E-Commerce, and Travel
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account via Google Sign-In. You agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete information
- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- • Transmit harmful code or conduct cyberattacks
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Scrape or harvest data beyond normal Service use
- • Impersonate another person or entity
- • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CloudSprint Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the Service.
5.3 Third-Party Data
Reports include data from third-party APIs subject to their respective terms and licenses. We provide attribution to original sources.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important Notice
QphiQ uses artificial intelligence to analyze and synthesize information. You acknowledge that:
- • AI-generated reports may contain errors or inaccuracies
- • Reports are for informational purposes only
- • Financial reports do not constitute investment advice
- • Medical reports do not replace professional medical advice
- • You are responsible for verifying information using original sources
- • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
7. Affiliate Links Disclosure
QphiQ may include affiliate links in certain reports, particularly in E-Commerce and Travel domains. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

8. Subscription and Payments
8.1 Free Tier
QphiQ offers a free tier with limited features (5 reports/month). Free tier access may be modified at any time.
8.2 Paid Subscriptions
- • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- • You authorize automatic payment method charging
- • Prices may change with 30 days notice
- • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • The Service is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind
- • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
- • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months
- • We are not liable for decisions made based on Service information
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudSprint Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting updated Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
